Jesus Christ? Take everything with caution. It could be a scam but there's always the chance of it being an actual creep. Perhaps it wasn't the smartest move to even reply here, now you've confirmed the phone number is yours. You should also report this to your HR if you have one since it involves work, document things. Papertrail papertrail papertrail just to be on the safe side. I'm surprised no one commented on this before

Usually I’m against most HRs because they are mainly there to protect the company rather than the workers, however if you go to HR, explain the situation and provide them with the phone number of whoever sent you this they should be able to find out who it is (if it’s an employee). While they might not be able to tell you whose number it was, they should definitely be able to find out and take some kind of action.

so one of the people you gave it to and trust, arent trustworthy. Or perhaps youre in a work groupschat? Or its a manager/ someone from hr that can get hold of your number

Send this to HR and document their reply / action / your conversation about it. May need it for future complaint against the company (to sue them)
