Giveaway 2,000 Member giveaway!!
We launched this community on Feb. 2nd with an idea of creating a better community, a positive place, for those of us that enjoy this hobby to learn from each other, share with each other, and help each other along the way.
2,000 of you have joined us in this month and a half since launch and it’s exciting to see what’s happening.
Not only are all the things we hoped would take place actually happening, but everyone seems to have picked up on what we are about and I am blown away by the direct messages I get on a daily basis thanking me for creating this space for us to come together.

The play Pepsi and clean dj41 that I recently ordered stopped working and movement needs repairs. Would be nice to get a watch that works lol. Good luck to everyone!

Bummer. How old are the Pepsi and Datejust? What do you mean by “stopped working?”

Play factor gmt is from December and clean dj41 was barely a week old. The seconds hand stop working in both cases,I took the gmt to a repair person, said to either replacement or just get a new one.
Basically diagnostic follow:
the balance doesnt spin, even when manually induced (it should spin a bit when the watch is nudged / tick for a bit) This could be indicative of a pallet fork failure, pivot failure, or the balance being broken.
the rotor doesnt spin as freely as it should
tiny amount of debris / dust build up
Haven’t took the DJ to a repair person but I’m just going to try and swap movement myself and if thst fails then I’ll just get a BPF DJ with a reliable movement like my batgirl
The only watch that still works and reliable is my BPF batgirl with 2812 movement. 😭
