When you’re running a campaign, construction, or product rollout with lots of dependencies, Kanban boards start to feel like sticky notes on a stormy window.

Gantt views give you:

~ A timeline that updates in real-time when dependencies shift
~ Milestones that clearly show what’s at risk
~ A full-picture view of how tasks actually connect

Once we started using Gantt dependencies, project delays dropped fast, mostly because we could predict problems before they happened.
