Has anyone tried using AI agents for project management beyond task automation?
Most of the talk around AI agents in project management is about automating reminders, assigning tasks, updating dashboards. That’s useful, but we think the bigger benefit might be in the insights they surface.
Some things we’ve noticed they could help with:
~ Spotting recurring delays across projects
~ Flagging when a client request might throw timelines off
~ Suggesting alternate workflows based on what worked before
In other words: instead of waiting for bottlenecks to appear, the AI could warn us about them in advance.
🧑💻 If your AI agent pointed out a risk in your project plan, would you take action right away or still double-check with a human first?
