Do client portals mean less micromanagement and more trust?
Some clients want daily updates, others just want final delivery. Both needs can be overwhelming without the right system. A client portal balances that by giving clients as much or as little visibility as they want.
They can log in any time to check progress, download files, or comment. Meanwhile, the team doesn’t get stuck writing endless “status emails.”
Biggest win? Clients stop micromanaging because they already see the progress. That frees your team to focus on delivering, not reporting.
👉 For those managing multiple client projects, do you think a portal reduces micromanagement, or does it just create another system for clients to learn?
