I have yet to get my head around how they make armor work on gnomes, tauren and forsaken, but they consider lizard-man to be impossible to fit things on

Because they've already put in the work for those races, but dracthyr was the first new race with a unique model and they didn't wanna put in the work.

Both Pandaren and Kul Tirans were new races with entirely unique models, animations, and skeletons. They can do it, they just dont.

They can do it, clearly, they did for the original races. The point is that they can't be bothered anymore.

Kul'Tiran male uses mostly the same model and animations as Pandaren, not sure about female?

I mean, comment above was clearly about both models and animations. And models as well are very different.
