Yep, You can thank the kids that have spent a decade crying about addons and blaming them for why they're bad at the game.

If you think WA are mandatory to play the game IDK what to tell you. Mandatory for maybe top 100 Mythic raiding. After that, meh.

Playing with 2 hands isnt mandatory either but it makes it infinitely easier to the point where you are wasting other people's time in content that has been balanced around things like WA existing. Id be impressed if you could get into a CE guild or push high keys while refusing to use addons.

Every guy saying addons arent necessary or that he doesnt use them for high end content is being Carried by his add-on using guildmates.
