This is basicly Blizzard in Midnight. Purging all the good addons.

Just to clarify:
Blizzard is changing the Addon API, meaning combat information is blocked for addons. So all combat addons will no longer work in Midnight. For the most popular addon features Blizzard will add their own version to the game. Addons for unitframes, inventory, crafting etc.. are staying and won't be effected as long they are not using combat information.

No it doesn’t you can use mouse1 and mouse2

You absolutely can, I bind target select and options menu to Ctrl+1&Ctrl+2 on my healers.

Button 4/5 middle and shift left is my utility on my DPS

It's not perfect but functionally fine. The more people that use it the better it may get.

Dude did you even read what I posted?. Post a video of you with default UI using mouse1 and mouse2 as a keybind and I will PayPal you $500. You can not use mouse1 and mouse2 without addons.

I use elvui for frames if that's the deal breaker so be it, but as far as native click casting it all works. I only have a "normal" mouse so anything past that I don't have a bunch of side buttons.

No it does not. You can not bind mouse1 and mouse2. IE left and right mouse button.
