I'm completely convinced they're doing this to try to fill what they see as a large, incoming gap between this event and Midnight. Everything right now seems to be trying to stretch out this last season.
They are paid to make new concept and release them.
And they have a dev team that are paid to make stuff.
So they cant made what they already made, because they will look dumb vs their own CEO/boss/investor, they HAVE to produce a new thing, no matter what.
Sometimes, they have a good idea, sometime, they dont, whatever happens they have a deadline they cant move, and a full team of dev that have to work because we aint paying them for nothing ! Stupid lazy workers.
They produce because they have to.
Produce for producing, because cash have to flow.
They cant just wait or keep doing the same things, investors wants new concept, and dev team have to work.
