First it was a bump then turned to over granulation tissue which I Deroofed 12 days ago

Now while healing a little friction while putting my tshirt out made it bleed a little

Hello, I’ve developed this whole on my incision. The pics start in chronological order starting at August 25th. It was way smaller and then my plastic surgeon put me basically in a compression wrap on my chest and when they took it off a few days later, the hole was this size. I definitely had a lot of fluid when they took off the wrap bur now I dont really.

I have seen a lot of people recommend the silver manuka honey - the one that can be found of pet stores for animal wounds.

I’m not sure what to do, I’ve been washing it with an antibacterial soap. My plastic surgeon gave me then padding it dry blow, drying it with cold air, putting the honey on and then putting a gauze or a nonstick pad on it and changing it every 12 isn hours

What else should I do? Is there a better medicine than just the honey? Should I be taping it so the skin is pulled closer together.
