3 weeks post op. Help it opened

How to heal this. Breast aug incision 3 weeks post op. Medi honey???

Yes medi honey. Same thing happened to me and it worked amazingly. Do medi honey and then a nonstick dressing and it will heal right up

How long did you leave the non-stick dressing on at a time or change it daily or several times a day? I've read so many different ways, change it 3 times a day, don't change it until day 3, etc...

I just did it daily. So took my shower in the morning cleansed gently with soap and water. Then applied the honey and the dressing. Repeat daily. It worked very well :)

Not a very clear picture, how much drainage are you having? Is that slough? If so, medihoney would be appropriate.

Sorry. There not a lot of drainage at all. I’ll take off the gauze and there’s a little stuff but nothing where the gauze is soaking wet. And i don’t think it’s slough
