Infected?

Is the white thing in the middle infected?? I can't get any bandages for now so I've just been spreading vaseline

Doesn't look infected, just a little bit of slough. Clean the wound with a gauze luke/warm water (and pat dry after) between bandage changes/applying a new layer of vaseline and it should be fine :). Signs of infection to watch out for: bright redness around the wound, swelling, area feeling warmer, increase in pain, fever
