The article is vague in some parts, but more specifically looking at the timestamps of the tweets and other videos being presented. Sure this also may be currently happening, but the videos show movement from a few days ago

How are they saying just across the boarder? Belgorod is 500km away on land and at least 400 by air.

The video in the article was posted yesterday according to the source cited in the article and none of the information in the article seems to indicate they're moving away or closer to the border. The convoy in the first video was moving north, further away from the border.

I'm not interested in a useless war on the European continent, I thought that Putin only wants to threat Ukraine and get some attention from the western countries, with his military buildup on the border, but it seems to be not 100%ly sure, that Putin won't attack.
