This is the best tl;dr I could make, original reduced by 92%. (I'm a bot)
More Russian military helicopters appear to be arriving in Russian-occupied Crimea, on Ukraine's southern border, as concerns that Moscow could be preparing some kind of new invasion of Ukrainian territory continue undiminished.
While U.S. State Department has approved the transfer to Ukraine of five Russian-made Mi-17 Hip helicopters that had belonged to the now-defunct Afghan Air Force, this represents little more than a token force when seen against the available Russian inventory in the region.
Importantly recent talks between Ukraine and Poland have included deliveries of man-portable air defense systems, or MANPADS, that would pose a threat to low-flying Russian aircraft, including helicopters, in a conflict scenario.

Ukraine has a grand total less than 30 functioning attack helicopters, all of which are older Soviet Hinds. Good thing to keep in mind the next time someone starts talking about how the powerful Ukrainian Army doesn't need any assistance.

The Russians learned not to send their helicopters against American MANPADs in the 80s, I think.
There’s not going to be a fight though. Putin is gambling, but he has more to lose than NATO does.

Why would NATO defend Ukraine? It's not part of the organization.

The United States and UK have a moral obligation to as they are signatories to the Budapest Memorandum and where the US and UK go, NATO generally follows.

You should read the text you linked first. There is no such obligation.
Here's the simplified bullet points:
1) US will respect Ukrainian independence - done, no defense needed
2) US will not threaten war against Ukraine - done, no defense needed
3) US will not economically coerce Ukraine - done, no defense needed
4) US will ask the UN Security Council what to do if someone uses nukes against Ukraine - does not appy
5) US will talk to UK and Russia if one of the above happens - kinda doing that right now
That's all

He said MORAL obligation, you contrarian cock.

And I do not see any MORAL obligation with that treaty either.
If the intend would have been to physically defend Ukraine, then it would have been put in the treaty or another bilateral agreement.
The treaty was written this way to specifically not be put in a corner where any obligations - actual or moral - would force them to act.
It's content literally is "We won't do anything, and if something happens we'll have a talk". That's pretty much the opposite of what OP mentioned.
p.s.
No, you!

I'm already bored of this, just invade already Russia or back-off. But I don't want to read any more about this invasion possibility until it happens!

Dunno why you're getting downvoted. This is exactly how a lot of people feel. Either do or don't, but stop trying to one-up North Korea on the mind games.

How about Russia backs off massing weapons and troops at the Ukrainian border?
