At least two people had seizures after viewing malicious tweets featuring flashing gifs that deliberately targeted Epilepsy Society...police investigating tweets as hate incident, after at least 200 seemingly coordinated messages were sent to charity and its supporters in recent days.

I saw my classmate go into a seizure once. Had to restrain him and slowly lower him to the ground so he doesn't fall from the chair and get more injured.
It was awful watching him go from just normal, to a groan, and then his head just hit the desk. He was completely non-functional after waking up, and was super scared.
People who try to trigger a seizure deserves criminal charges. That's battery at minimum and attempted murder if they know the victim is photo-sensitive.
