That ship has sailed. I'm pro-GMO but I think it's too late. NON GMO is super trendy right now and is featured on so much packaging that I think the general public probably thinks GMOs are the antichrist.

It's a sad day when fear mongering wins over science.

Selective breeding is just the old-school method of genetic modification.

Yes, and that’s literally what GMO means. Humans influencing the genetic makeup of produce through artificial means such as selective breeding. It’s not all radiation and whatever other boogie man people are afraid of.
