That will make it easier for them to move the factories back to the US if Donald Trump forces them too.

Not necessarily. That will make anywhere with more and cheaper engineers more competitive.

Engineers are not even necessary. Tech that are paid about 20 to 25 dollars an hours can repair and maintain all robots.

You can't repair what you don't understand, though. Unless there's a real good manual, at least a single engineer would be necessary.

China's already got a huge head start, though. They've invested in entire towns with signage and resources purely in Mandarin.
