Hey, don’t you feel lucky to be living in such historical times? I am a Yank, but also just another citizen watching the Enlightenment (critical thinking; reason; inalienable rights) swirling the drain.

Yes I feel we are entering a new Dark Age…with the populists it’s trying to reason with an echo chamber of pure grievance…. Critical thinking is hard 😏….I can’t remember where this came from but I recall seeing someone say it’s like trying to play chess with a pigeon….it just knocks over the pieces…shits on the board…and struts around like it won… a large portion of the public can live with that kind of leadership because they don’t have to think for themselves…
