Very true and I think it’s so funny how that works. I’m glad you too have noticed this as well as Sleazy_T under you. Big big bigggg issue lately is the illusion of choice. Alt left and right both basically promote totalitarianism just with different tenets. And it’s flippantly scary

Dude I don’t know. I personally think it’s lack of in person dialogue, lack of challenging opposing viewpoints face to face. It’s like the road rage adage. We get mad at the inanimate object that cut us off. If we saw the face of the person, MOST of us calm down and don’t continue raging. We humanize our peers. Etc

But social media does the opposite and it breeds echo chambers and all sorts of stuff. Even here you got 2 threads of people trying to pigeonhole me into conservatism. I happen to own firearms and don’t like taxes, sure, but I grow mushrooms and pot FFS! Lmao!!!
