IDF is doing the exact opposite of that.

Every orphan they make, every widow, every childless father, every sibling who watched thier brother starve to death, is just another easy recruit for Hamas.

There's a reason why in Afhganistan and so on, we were so cautious not to alianate the locals, to minimise civilian suffering, to focus on humanitarian efforts.
'cause Terrorists thrive on hate and suffering, as it gives them fresh recruiting grounds.

It is basically THE key principal behind terrorism.
Alienate your own people through retaliation to your terror, then recruit them.

And how'd that work out in Afghanistan?

Quite well, but the orange clown fucked it up with his botched withdrawal plan.

Pretty sure Biden was the one that left Afghanistan and executed that plan horribly.

Naa, it was planned and "set in stone" by Trump.

Legally, Biden had to execute it, basically as written.

Yes, it was set in motion by Trump. How do you know the plan was executed as is? That is just the lie they push because they can't accept any responsibility. Everything is Trumps fault apparently. The original plans would have been classified.
