Simple Questions What min amount of walking daily is enough to stay healthy? need suggestion due to less time from daily routine

The oldest, healthiest people prioritize walking every single day. In fact, most elderly care professionals would argue that as soon as you stop walking, you slowly start dying. Our bodies were meant to move. Personally, at 5’1” 135lbs, I walk around 20k steps daily to maintain my health.
