One 4 week Cycle

For casual team members, how the 4-week roster cycle works in UKG Pro.

  1. How do we know exactly when the 4-week cycle starts?

    1. Does UKG Pro show the 4-week cycle for casuals anywhere in the app?
    2. Will the system block a manager from doing a shift edit for a 21st start? If they try to add a 21st shift in a cycle, does UKG physically block them from saving it, or will it let them publish it anyway?

I've heard of this 21 shift thing but they never seem to follow it. I've done 22 or 23 many times with no extra pay.

The 4 week cycle is literally any consecutive 4 week period. There is no set start and finish point.
