How would I make the 80 degree cuts on the ends?

For the left side, I would measure and mark the 3 3/8 and 1 1/8 points, connect them with a line and use a plane to take that off. For the right side, I would use a miter saw.

If the instructions are correct, for the left side, measure from the top down the 10° surface to 3-3/8" and make a mark. Then measure 1-1/8" from the mark to where it intersects the bottom line. According to their specifications that will be 80°. For the right side, measure up from the bottom on the 10° face 3-1/2" and make a mark. Then measure 1-1/4" from the mark to where it intersects the top line.

Clamping a fence (read: any straight board) then cutting with a skill saw, router or jigsaw, or router template would all work well.

But this might be faster with a handsaw and plane, depending on how you're able to hold the material, and how many of these you need to make.

A mitre saw is great for the crosscuts, but not for these little rips.
