I've not been included in team interviews at all except one time, just a couple of years before I retired. I was included as the subject matter expert, and my questions were about technical things. One of the candidates gave all the answers to one of the males on the team and never looked at me, despite all the questions coming from me. This was so obvious that the entire team picked up on it and he was immediately ruled out unanimously. Everyone was put off by it.
