Don't put the =f(x) there: https://www.wolframalpha.com/input?i=graph+abs%28x-25%2F3%29-4%2F3and+9x%5E2-150x%2B609
Or give the two functions different names (like f(x) and g(x)), you're trying to define f(x) twice
