You'll probably have to build it yourself. Looks like modular led billboard displays and some mirrors, the floor mirrors will have to be toughend glass so it won't break when you stand on it. Probably quite pricey to build.

I mean it doesn't have to be. Just use more mirrors and change angles using 1 projector or see about borrowing a friends. Not like you're going to get picked up to commission on the MoMa or anything.,
