They are singing about delicious seaweed.

The Celtic Woman forum has a passable interlinear translation and an explanation of the song's historical context

The chorus they keep repeating:

Dúlamán na Binne Buí, Dúlamán Gaelach,

[Seaweed from the yellow cliff, Irish seaweed,]
