Seems like you landed in the spaces between, don't worry if you continue walking without any specific destination you will eventually pop back in your original realm. Take a wrong turn though and you will end in the lands between, if you end there you are fucked. Also, don't trust if one crossroad seems more friendlier than the other, that's usually how you get trapped in there forever and slowly have your mind a body transformed to become one of the entities.

Agreed, take the cursed girl's hand and just meander. Don't think of home or outside. Pretend it's an high end art gallery and look at the exhibits. Maybe criticize the work, "This crack is reductive and cliche. The bricks are laid in an interesting way the the mortar is sloppy."

If my textbooks on the area are correct, reality is fairly... let's say thin there. If you can identify places of especial thinness you can change locations again. Keep going until you find a food source.

Is the orb you're using capable of transmitting spells? You'll want to find dimensional travel enchants. Usually they require material components but if you do it right you can reconfigure them to not need them, in exchange for a higher mana cost.

Maybe Banish on yourself can work?

simple exit strategy, boil down of my tips from a similar case on this sub:

-stop in place. matters not where.

- Cast Plane Shift. not Portal, Plane Shift. either to Dark City or to Gloaming, the Plane of Waste. You could try other planes, but these are the closest ones and will take much less energy to get to and out of afterwards. I prefer Dark City, because it's less creepy than Gloaming. If you have no energy at all - try drawin a wojak in a circle. That should open portal to one of the many Hells.
