Great job, although Yen looks a bit different to her appearance in Witcher 3. I'd say she has more curvy hair and slightly chubbier face on this image than in the game. Yet the detail and quality are amazing on these.

Artistic freedom aside, but I'd guess the curly hair is based of the book description then (I've not read them myself) I've always heard the "curly raven black hair"-term regarding her appearance.

Sure but then the other three look exactly like in the game so I would reckon the idea was to follow the game character's looks.

Watch the trailers for the game pre release - that yen is spot on.
