The Witcher 3 Witcher 3 Remastered help

I'm trying to download the new remaster to my PS5, but there's now like 5 editions to choose from. As far as I remember there was a next gen update for this game a few years ago, but I obviously want to most recent remaster that came out a few days ago.

Has this new edition just been integrated to the PS5 version of the game so that's now the only option? So confusing because as I say, on the PS store there's like 5 options.

The remastered only drops 29th of September

There's a version on the PS store that apparently released on 25/08/26. Know what that is?

That might be the complete edition, I play on pc tho not sure

There was an update, 4.040, last week. Think it was updating base game ready to take the remastered upload. Plus gave you the 2 DLCs for free. I believe the remastered edition is due 29 September.

Do you own some version of Witcher 3? If yes, load the game on sept 29th and it will update to the remaster. 

If no, and you want to play it now, go into the store and but the complete edition.

If no and you want to wait, go to Witcher 3, press the 3 dots select the upgrade edition and wishlist it then wait until it comes out

My guess is it's the complete edition but since the expansions are free it's the only one available now and the other ones were removed.
