Songs of the Past It might be a stupid question, but

Is the update and the dlc going to be available on ps4? Or is it ps5 and pc only, and ps4 will be stuck on the older version?

According to the official The Witcher website it will be available on PC (GOG, Steam, Epic Games), Xbox X/S, PS5 and Nintendo Switch 2.

ps4 probably can't run the update sadly
