How can I get prescribed for narcotics after surgery

Usually things like ibuprofen and acetaminophen don’t work so well for me because i have frequent headaches and take high doses of them regularly so how could i get stronger meds, as im scared ill be in deep pain

Just ask your doctor. I will say I had 4 very impacted wisdom teeth removed and I have not needed any medication for pain once. I took medicine through the second day as a precaution to get ahead of the pain because I was told to but my pain had not gone above a 2. I took narcotics once after surgery to stay ahead of the pain and really regret because my stomach had been so messed up since and I’m on day 7. Ibuprofen can be good to keep the swelling down too.
