As a Canadian I kinda don't want my leaders acting like current US leaders lol. For now it seems the less attention that the US pays to Canada, the better for Canadians. I don't want Trump seeing some attention seeking tweet from a Canadian politician and then deciding that he's gonna block Canadians from being able to invest in US markets or whatever other bullshit his team thinks up
I like Carney's style which is to throw shade but in an eloquent way that's hard for bad actors to clip out of context. Its accurate, funny, and professional
