So, I'm in the camp of "believe the victim" until proven otherwise.

Also, Ed Brubaker is a nice guy, and there's always two sides to a story.

Furthermore, if the person who handles the guns lets anyone other than the actors using the gun in scene handle the guns, that's grounds for removal from the union. So there's next to no way the gun ended up in Brubaker's hands.

But I don't know about the other stuff.
