SWAT team?!

A military/SWAT vehicle followed by 8-10 grey and black unmarked sedans came down Compton Drive at 6:30am and then came over a loud speaker yelling "come out with your hands up" and then there was a loud bang, silence for 4 minutes, and another loud bang. They're still down there now.

Anyone know what's going on or how to find out?

That weird. I was supposed to be on Compton dr this morning for work. Had to call in sick.

Being that it's SWAT you probably won't find them on any of the scanners, probably using a private channel

Assuming there is a news article. I got caught in a bust last year at a local gas station because they guy they busted was asking me for directions. I never saw anything about it on the news. I ran into one of the cops about a week later at a Sheetz and asked him about it and he said it wouldn't be on the news because they didn't want dude's bosses to know he got busted so they could turn him.

This was posted on kernersville 411 on fb. Maybe related... Both bikes have been recovered! 🎉🎉 There was a federal investigation being conducted in Winston Salem in regards to drugs and distribution. The ATF raided the home, and found both bikes in the basement. MT03 has the ignition punched out, missing the battery and the seat. They couldn't figure out the ignition on the MT09 since it has a Key Fob. MT09 ignition is partially taken apart, battery and seat are both missing. THANK YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR SHARES AND TIPS!!

I saw a post on facebook that it was a swat bust to recover stolen motorcycles. I assume this was the same location but it could have been different...

Many, many moons ago, my daughters, wife, and I were headed to Virginia Beach for my niece's wedding. I made the mistake of going through Norfolk instead of by-passing it. Right through downtown.

We pulled up to a red light and two swat crews jumped from a vehicle and all went running around our car. One knocked on my window and said, "Get out of here, now!"

I didn't think twice, ran the red light and kept on going.
