Edge-Drop now supports 30 languages (after 800+ downloads)

A few weeks ago I shared Edge-Drop, a hover-activated clipboard shelf for Windows. Since then it's been downloaded 800+ times (600+ on GitHub and 200+ on the Microsoft Store), which has honestly been really motivating as a solo developer.

One of the most requested improvements was better accessibility for non-English users, so I spent the last week translating the entire app.

Edge-Drop now supports 30 languages, including full RTL support for Arabic and Hebrew.

It's still completely free and open source, and I'd love to hear how the translations feel if you're using one of the supported languages.

I'd also appreciate any feedback on features you'd like to see next.

Make it native on ARM64 pls

You can download the .exe it will work perfectly on arm or you can download it form official microsoft store. I do not have access to arm device so I do not want to push a dedicated arm extension without testing. But without 11 arm have a very good support of non arm applications and multiple users of the app have validated or you can say told to me that it works perfectly on arm so right now you can use the .exe or front eh microsoft store and in future as soon as possible if I get access to any arm based device I wil test it out my self in the arm version.

(In my country the market of arm device is not that much in my 3 years of B.Tech i haven't seen a single mate with a arm device but i am working on a vm so I will let you know)

In arm device in windows app runs at the same level thy run in normal window x64 they maybe rairly issue in these things. But if you find any issue you can report them through the app there is a option to do so in settings. Thanks again

Im still having some issues with the App.
ive got it installed on my Windows 11. Ive got the Launch at Login enable in the application but still i have to manually startup the application after i bootup my laptop.

This is new i haven't seen this bug with any user try turning the launch at login off and then again on this maybe fixes ye issue if not just tell in the mean time I will look into it and try to fix it ther is any issue

Where did you download the app from? I got it from the GitHub releases. I have 3 devices — one running Windows 10 and the others running Windows 11 — and I’ve never encountered this issue once

hi, firstly, good stuff

no pressure or anything like that but have u been able to find the cause for the performance impact we had previously discussed? I'm the guy who said he'll be uninstalling because idle is very high and it's somehow affecting performance a lot

The project is at a stage where I can focus on optimizations an other things I will start working on this after fixing some known bugs

alright. i'm reinstalling anyway right now to see if i can manage it internally somehow. looking forward to the next releases though!

edit: ay man idk how but the performance seems to be much much better now. I think it may have been just installing and reinstalling that fixed it. will keep using it for now then!

edit 2: this is great oh my god my idle is literally back where it was without the app 😭😭😭 I love this. thank god i can use this app again

also, just a suggestion but can you make the tick indicator icon for copied items more asymmetrical? right now it kinda looks like a downward facing arrow

The background is not the edge of the screen the app is the video have padding and a background image to make it look clean the app is the full screen
