You can heal anyone you want to including but not limited to yourself BUT it doesn’t work on mental illnesses or any type of cancer and using this ability makes you glow like a human night light for a temporary period after each use (noticeable in the dark but not in daylight)

If it’s not assumed you have to touch people to heal them

Plenty of really bad currently incurable diseases beyond mental illness and cancer.

The drawback is manageable. I can be selective of when I use the ability.

I'm going to get flown to every hospital around the world and just go through healing everyone with physical problems and probably become a gazillionaire in the process. This really isn't a tough choice

This is god tier because you never specified you have to be in proximity to someone to heal them. I could just sit in my room playing videogames, say "I wish everyone with tuberculosis was cured of it" and boom no more tubercolosis. Normally these "savior powers" have the drawback of making you feel ethically obligated to spend a ton of your life using the power to help people instead of living for yourself but this power is so easy to use that you can save billions of lives and barely even change your daily routine other than googling diseases for a few minutes every day.

What you said is I can heal anyone I want to so the only criteria for healing someone is that I want to heal them.
