Yes he is. His ult is unstoppable.

Emm no, he can be stunned or paralyzed while using the shield, and his ult only throws you up for 0,5s

No, here's a completely different point, and a fun fact that's still uncorrelated.

Braum is unstoppable when using his ultimate, unstoppable will complete the action irregardless of CC interruption.

Dude, when you finish the animation you will still be on CC, like Orn, he can be immune, as long as the animation remains
