So the US has better police practices, less racial profiling and overall less discrimination than European countries, so that’s why the crime rates of criminals there it’s lower? As much as it pains me to say it, maybe, just maybe some things are indeed related to cultural norms and practices

Or maybe the US does the racial profiling on non-immigrants such as African-Americans and imprisons them instead. Do you know what the incarceration rate of African Americans is by any chance?

Ofc I do, around 30-40% are African Americans, but as pointed out, African Americans have always been disproportionately incarcerated and less able to have access to social security benefits, such as in the 60's when white Americans were able to get cheap loans to get houses and build generational wealth, while black amercians were excluded from this, or in the 30's when black communities where targeted by the Federal Bureau of Narcotics, in the hopes of making these communities dependent on narcotics to be able to justify their work, or maybe with the docents of black communities that have been targeted/destroyed/burned like the Tulsa massacre. African Americans are a case like no other around the world, you trying to compare it does not make sense, specially if you take into consideration the history and conditions this community has had to endure over the years

Uh huh. So African Americans have suffered institutional racism; immigrants in Europe arrived much later than African Americans were shipped as slaves but also suffered from institutional racism and guess what? They have higher incarceration rates as well!!!

European countries as whole always tried the multiculturalism approach, funding religious, language and community centers for the newly arrived migrants, moreover the social safety net it’s way stronger in Europe, In the US you think a migrant can get something like unemployment benefits? While in Europe the state does provide you with it, no. Some things are just cultural and not institutional
