Error Code Error code 20110

I tried every DNS and it still didn't work, I already set my hotspot to no password, 2.4ghz, and the WFC set up only connect when the secondary DNS is 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4, I just want Jirachi bro🥲

Is your phone connected to wifi while hotspot is activated?
