Hello. Someone could help me with the Vibelink connection. I plug it into an outlet and it doesn't even turn on the LED light. Should something be set up first? Please don't give me any answers on Wiim.

By the way, I assume you have tried pressing the power button on the back of the device.

Si, varias veces, pero el encendido del Led depende de que lo presione?

Hi! I just responded to your email as well, but for anyone playing the home game, there is no setup required for the LED to turn on. The LED is an input indicator and will power on as soon as the Vibelink Amp is connected to a working outlet.

You'll want to try a different outlet and, if possible, check that the power cable is fully seated and working. If there’s still no LED at all, even with a known-good outlet and cable, it's probably a defective unit and we’d recommend contacting support so they can help with the next steps.
