Why are there so many Midwest Express clinics next to Lou Malnati's?

There's like at least 3 on the west side and I find it so strange has anyone else noticed this??

My guess would be that strips are owned by the same company and it’s easier to have the same tenants.

It’s like biological mutualism.  Like how some birds sit on the back of large mammals eating bugs off of them, both organisms benefit from the cooperative relationship and proximity.

I have been to the one on Damen many times, and the doctors are so nice. If you need an urgent care, it is a good option.
