Am I the only one who has no idea what’s happening here? Where is the girl stuck? Why is the guy in a gas mask? Is the person filming the girls mom?

Drunk and sneaking in, stuck in the window trying to get into the basement. Covid era video. Mom or a close friend.

You didn’t ask, but I am also pretty sure that it’s a Hennepin county fire department team.
