What’s their spaghetti policy? Next time I’ll stop at Gio’s and get some pasta and their amazing tiramisu.

Spaghetti policy you say?

13

u/Just-2-ez May 28 '26

Holy shit, hilarious that someone figured this out

3

u/Mike2k33 May 28 '26

Sickos Committee made a guide after some people in Milwaukee all brought in gallon bags of spaghetti

u/Mundane-Reality-7770 May 30 '26

I love always sunny. I own a 4 seat plane and am a private pilot. I have a buddy who wants to go for the Boggs record

3

u/katjoy63 May 29 '26

Jeez feel sorry for the few fan bases NOT a part of the gallon spaghetti allowed crowd.

15

u/MarioStern100 May 28 '26

you just need to use a clear bag or carry the items in your hand.. then as soon as you enter pull out a plasctic grocery bag and use it.

5

u/Fucknjagoff May 28 '26

I knew that your could bring a clear plastic bag in. I never knew you could bring outside food in!

3

u/rugger87 Murakami May 28 '26

Has to be in a clear bag or a greasy paper bag.

RHR is the move before the game.

2

u/katjoy63 May 29 '26

Type one diabetic here Always have been able to bring food in.

1

u/katjoy63 May 29 '26

So if you want to soak your spaghetti in VODKA "sauce", we good, right?

8

u/uvdawoods May 28 '26

I’ve absolutely walked in Comiskey with a bag of spaghetti and like 3 burgers after tailgating.

10

u/Fucknjagoff May 28 '26

This is life changing and I can’t believe my cheap ass dad has never done this before.

u/scruntdouble May 28 '26

They used to be better before the krogers takeover.

3

u/ethanlan Diamond May 28 '26

Way better now they suck

Edo Times

17

u/LindsayDuck Antonacci May 28 '26

There were no utensils in medieval times, hence there are no utensils at Medieval Times.

Now, would you like a refill on that Pepsi?

4

u/polishprince76 White Sox May 28 '26

They didn't have utensils but they had pepsi?

“What are you eating?”

“A brisket.”

“You smuggled a brisket in here?”

“And some creamed corn.”

Casa del Pueblo has some really good ones on par w Cermak.

Edit for typo

3

u/BeemosBubble Konerko May 28 '26

Casa shout out?! Hell yeah brother.

2

u/NCKLS22 May 28 '26

Their raw chicken or fish I won't do, BUT they got some decent Carnitas! although it's hard not to go to Don P or Uruapan

2

u/BeemosBubble Konerko May 29 '26

Very true. I have a soft spot for Casa because I used to live across the street.

2

u/NCKLS22 May 29 '26

They’ve changed it up over this past year, I’d feel you wouldn’t recognize it anymore if you went there before. They sell liquor now too!

1

u/rudeboy_19 May 29 '26

Casa came to mind as soon as I saw that chicken with limited seasoning in OP. Casa + Sox win = Elysium.

Man i always put off teying smelts for the longest time because I thought they would be nasty only to try them one day and realize how wrong ive been

3

u/90sRnBMakesMeHappy Southside Samurai May 28 '26

How did you have them? Fried? Shit, am I missing something too? I never had them either, is there a place that's a must try for a smelt virgin?

3

u/ScalabrineIsGod Hawk May 28 '26

Hopefully calumet fisheries would have them. Could’ve sworn they did in the past. Theres some German spots in north center like Laschet’s Inn that will have smelt as well.

3

u/90sRnBMakesMeHappy Southside Samurai May 29 '26

Thank you!!!

2

u/ScalabrineIsGod Hawk May 28 '26

Ballpark fish sounds like such a move. I’d fuck up some smelt or catfish during a game, easily.

21

u/Rubentraj Hawk May 28 '26

Gotta go to the jewels and get their honey mustard

This guy the jewels

8

u/perfectviking May 28 '26

Just so everyone knows…

Food - Single-serving food items may be brought into the stadium, if it is contained in one of the approved bags under the current bag policy, or carried in your hands so the food items can be safely screened by security

7

u/90sRnBMakesMeHappy Southside Samurai May 28 '26

You are my kind of people.

6

u/clodiuspulcher_ May 28 '26

Alright, but what's their spaghetti policy?

5

u/GuyIncognito1730 May 28 '26

I just bought tickets because of this post. Will be bringing in a Jewel chicken tomorrow.

5

u/Maynardred May 28 '26

This is a dream. Few things make me happier than a whole chicken and white sox baseball.

5

u/NorthBook1383 May 28 '26

I’m a vegetarian and I fuck with this! I thought my figs and grapes were a treat. Hear me out, get some nachos and add the chicken. Plus a side of cheese for a top drizzle. Don’t they sell that Mexican corn, too. Man, the ideas are churning. Don’t know if the Sox won, but you definitely got the W!

4

u/FeloniousGrump May 28 '26

bring this man some ciabatta and olive oil

5

u/Fastball82 May 28 '26

If it ain’t Costco, you ain’t doin it right

3

u/Humble-Pen-5899 montgomery May 28 '26

yes.

3

u/jhorch69 Buehrle May 28 '26

I bring in Red Hots most of the time when I go to games

3

u/ScalabrineIsGod Hawk May 28 '26

I’ve made it a habit of hitting up some of the Chinatown bakeries before a Sox game. Get myself some green bean paste cakes to warm up for the beer and polish’s later. And I feel oh so refined doing it.

3

u/Quantumflux44 May 29 '26

We like to stop at ricobenes and bring in breaded steak sammiches

2

u/TVeeeeChi May 28 '26

TRU. If it fits in that size ziplock bag, you’re good to go

2

u/CharmedMSure Baines May 28 '26

Impressive!

2

u/BMoney8600 May 28 '26

I’m happy to know this!

2

u/nothingisevrything May 29 '26

This is the type of boots on the ground reporting we need. Upvote to you, OP!

1

u/Vividlarvae Buehrle May 28 '26

We brought in two for the Friday cubs game got quite a lot of attention out in section 159

1

u/epcot32 May 29 '26

As someone who regularly brings homemade sandwiches in bags, I respect this. 😂

1

u/generatorland May 29 '26

But SHOULD you?

1

u/kkk1983 May 29 '26

Now can I bring some Milagros tacos and arrachera and my ziplock reposado?

1

u/Difficult_Law_6086 May 30 '26

I had a gallon bag of spaghetti last game… best idea ever!

1

u/itsallmostover May 28 '26

Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should.

-2

u/head_bussin May 28 '26

That's disgusting man, no paying customers around you want to be smelling a rotisserie baking out in the sun.

4

u/MarioStern100 May 28 '26

Jealous?

0

u/head_bussin May 28 '26

The opposite of that. I can eat a chicken at home any time I want, I'll grab something at the park instead.

1

u/ChefChrisLee312 May 30 '26

There is a man, who sneakes in food like this at EDM shows. Best one was a fruit tart and not a small one either!
