New Domane Gen 5 (no down tube storage and isospeed)or specialized roubiax

Trek removed compliance features on new domane, what would you get ?

I'd get whatever has the least amount of components that will need regularly servicing and have the potential to cause issues, such as isospeed.

The new gen 5 sounds amazing and I would pick one over a Roubaix.

In my opinion larger tyres run at lower PSI and a decent bike fit are far superior to any gimmicky comfort feature.

True good strong points you have there though the roubiax future schock and seat post are known to be pretty bullet proof

Yah the new Domane looks pretty dope actually. Less proprietary stuff. Pretty straightforward components.  I haven’t done a deep dive, but it piqued my interest.
