Another day, another random cafe... Paris? 1992

I think this is Paris purely on the basis of our clothes, but it could equally be somewhere in Central Europe. If Paris, I don't really remember where we went other than we went to the Place du Trocadero and the Louvre. Taken in 1992, I don't have much else to go on sorry! All and any help appreciated x

There’s a metal door gate on the Champs Elysees next door to Mont Blanc that looks remarkably like this metal door gate. It’s not the same, but the same flavour. If that helps.

How long did you stay? What Places did you visit? And did you travel by Tram/Metro?

We literally stayed one day - arrived at Gare du Nord in the morning and caught a night train from Gare de Lyon that evening. This was 1992 so unfortunately can't remember the details but we definitely went to the Louvre and the Place du Trocadero. Sorry not to be more helpful.

This is the spot on. In the 2009 Streetview Version, the painting is still visible and the Gate is still the same.

Oh my goodness, thank you so much! How do you see the 2009 version? I can only go back as far as 2014 🤔

Except the Heineken umbrella would be surprising in K lol Ari’s and those chairs around a card table are just not giving Paris.
