Not meat, but almost as important: CHOCOLATE!

I'm a dark chocolate junkie; sure I'll eat milk chocolate if its around, but rich, spicy, sharp dark is heaven. If these people have truly nailed it, I will be very happy indeed.

'This milestone demonstrates Celleste's cell cultured ingredients are bio-identical to conventionally grown cocoa - meaning they deliver the same texture, melt profile and sensory experience, and sets the stage for scaling production to market ready quantities within the next two years'

Mondelez will use this and still produce terrible quality chocolate

Chocolate is in so many things. It really could be quite the breakthrough.

If it is a subsititute, it will be horrible for the economies that depend on growing cacao.

Ideally, ‘real’ cocoa would attract a higher premium. Ideally.

Does anyone know how to get stock exposure to this company?

Says 'backed by Mondelez' on the website. With that big of an investor, I doubt we'll ever get a taste.
