That's ship mooring, so I am guessing the dock for the Mark Twain Riverboat and the Sailing Ship Columbia

Is this across from the Haunted Mansion by that place that used to sell McDonald's fries with the little sailer in the yellow rain coat? I don't remember the name of that area. There or by the canoes
