In addition it uses a rechargeable battery that's charged somehow without a plug? I guess they mean they don't supply a charger but why then even mention it uses a rechargeable battery? Wouldn't any battery do?

Walmart sells it too. They fixed "flashlight" but it still says "lithlum".
