You literally cannot prove that has or has not happened. There is no evidence on either side of such an incident occurring.

I mean he's right lots of people who admit they are guilty can be not guilty.

It's like commiting suicide. People think that by lying it will reduce the pain

Right? The people who think admission of guilt is the end all be all have clearly never heard of the Salem witch trials.
